I am so excited to finally share Emily and Wil's wedding images! I find it so crazy that my high school graduation class is getting married and having babies (including myself-just the wedding part, I swear!) Where has the time gone? Wil and I graduated together and now I'm sharing his wedding photos on my blog 7 years later. I've photographed for Emily's family a few times before so I was super happy when they asked me to photograph their daughters wedding this year.
Their wedding took place in the backyard of Wil's family house under a beautiful white tent! Backyard weddings have always been my favorite. They are home-y, elegant, and always intimate. Nothing was sweeter than watching Emily, Wil and little James all hold hands during the ceremony. I'm so excited for Emily and Wil because they are bringing a little girl into the world this September!
During sunset we walked over to the location where Wil proposed, which is just a few feet from the wedding reception- even more special! The night ended with Nolan's DJ skills (Emily's brother), and dancing under pretty bistro lights on the back deck.
