Yesterday was Karly and Joe's first wedding anniversary, so I just absolutely had to share their wedding images on my blog. I'm a day late, but better late than never, right?
I loved this wedding for so many reasons. First, Karly and I worked together a few years back and I honestly don't think I've ever laughed as hard with anyone else. Her humor is so relate-able. She always had me dying when we were suppose to be working. Second, I witnessed her talk about Joe when they were dating and I knew he was going to be the one. Third, their wedding was absolutely perfect. It was only a 4-hour work day for me but I loved every second of it. It was intimate with just close family and friends invited, and really focused on the two of them spending time with the ones they love the most.
The New York Wine and Culinary Center located in Canandaigua, NY was a perfect wedding location for them. The interior is beautifully designed, and well lit, making rainy day portraits inside easy! We had about 20 minutes of outside time, before we had to run inside and get creative. Karly was also a beautiful, care-free, hilarious bride and made all my wedding photographer dreams come true. I'm so excited to watch Karly and Joe's family grow over the years! I hope you love these images as much as my little heart does.
